About the Practitioner

I am a certified Massage & Yoga Therapist and have been studying the mind, body, Spirit connection for over twenty years.  Having danced as a professional ballerina for a decade which has given me an intuitive and experiential approach to massage.  
I obtained a Bachelor of Fine Art in Sculpture from Pratt Institute before I set sail to discover the Healing Arts. After my transformation from ballerina to yogi I have even more passion, intuition and insight into the body than ever before.
I was certified by the Sebastopol Massage School in 1998 and by American Yoga Academy 1997.   
As a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) since 1999 and a professional practitioner with over a dozen certifications in the Healing Arts.
For the last ten years I was a practitioner in the north Lake Tahoe basin where I worked with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Body, Energy, and Yoga practitioners of all kinds. During that time I was involved in opening two wellness centers which offered these modalities to a community of people who ranged from active to athlete and from local to world wide tourist, all of whom knew the importance of our services and the extraordinary quality of them.  
My passion is helping others elevate awareness towards a more healthy and integrated lifestyle through pro-active health management and preventative care modalities.
I teach the simple and profound of mind/body/breath connection.  Shifts that can come from awareness such as this can be life altering epiphanies and transformations.
